A fairer way to measure a seasonal business
Pro Line PLM serves parking lot maintenance customers across the Carolinas. For a business like this, one busy month compared with a quieter month can tell an incomplete story. The useful question is whether the business is attracting more attention at the same point in the year.
We compared June 19 through September 16 in 2026 with those exact dates in 2025. Both windows contain 90 days. That gives Pro Line a more useful view of its progress than a short comparison that shifts between seasons.
02 / THE STORY
Search brought a substantially larger audience
Google Analytics recorded 736 Organic Search sessions in the earlier period and 1,956 in the later one: 1,220 additional visits, a 165.8% increase. The later period delivered 2.66 times the organic session volume.
The engagement figures strengthened the story. Engaged organic sessions increased from 384 to 1,049, a gain of 173.2%. Organic engagement rate also moved up, from 52.17% to 53.63%. More organic visits were accompanied by more engaged visits, rather than a fall in the share that met Google's engagement criteria.

Keep the search result separate from the advertising
Pro Line's wider marketing includes advertising and video activity. Those channels can move total website traffic sharply, and the client had specifically asked us to consider seasonality in reporting. This case therefore centers on the Organic Search row in Analytics. Paid Search, Cross-network, Organic Video and Direct sessions are excluded from the headline.
Timpson Marketing's documented work includes website performance improvements and clearer presentation of project information. Later work also repaired a form-tracking listener and cleaned up service and article content. Those later releases are part of the continuing engagement; they do not explain the entire preceding 90-day result.

What the growth means for the next stage
For Pro Line, the result is a larger measured search audience during the same part of the year, with engagement holding up as that audience grew. It gives the business more visits through which to explain its services and invite an inquiry.
Analytics did not record key events in either comparison period, so these numbers cannot establish additional quotes, customers or revenue. Matching calendar dates helps address seasonality, but does not isolate the effect of individual marketing changes. The measured win is substantial growth in organic visits and engaged organic visits.
